Refund Policy

Too Bougie LLC assume responsibility for processing all returns and exchanges. Too Bougie Swimwear LLC does not hold the responsibility of return and exchange shipping fees. All customers are responsible for shipping fees associated with all exchanged items.  

Exchange only: Customers may return an item for an exchange within 7 business days of delivery. Please contact company via contact page with the subject: Request Exchange. Provide your order number and item name that you wish to return. You will receive an email confirming your request for exchange with a return shipping address. Once you have received an email with the return shipping address, customer can ship item(s) to us.

ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE RETURNABLE FOR EXCHANGE: 

A Product qualifies for exchange if:

• All tags and stickers are attached
• The item is not damage
• The item is not stained

RETURNABLE ITEMS, NO EXCHANGE:

The following may be returned, but will not be exchange: 

• All tags and stickers are NOT in tacked
• The item is damaged
• The item has stains

PROCESSING EXCHANGE:

Once the item(s) have been received, please allow 7-10 business days to process the returned item and issue store credit. Customer will be notified.
